CEO Augusto Martins presented the luxury development with an estimated R$ 3 billion sales value.
JHSF CEO Augusto Martins announced that more than half of Boa Vista Estates has already been sold. The real estate development was presented on Saturday, September 26, with a total potential sales value of R$ 3 billion.
The project comprises 250 properties, divided between lots and ranches, across more than 7 million square meters in Porto Feliz, São Paulo, within the Fazenda Boa Vista complex. The lots start at 5,000 square meters, while the ranches begin at 20,000 square meters. The average price stands at R$ 2,600 per square meter for lots and R$ 1,200 per square meter for ranches.
Martins noted that development is highly advanced and projected that all amenities and the entire condominium will be completed in just over 18 months. The company stated that it prioritised recurring clients amid strong demand.
Amenities include an 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman with a clubhouse, bar, and restaurant. The development also features three lakes with a perimeter track spanning more than 4 kilometers, an equestrian center with an international-standard polo field, and the Boa Vista Estates Country Club with a spa, multiple sports courts, and dining facilities. Architecture is designed by Sig Bergamin and Murilo Lomas, alongside landscaping by Maria João d'Orey.
