Moura Dubeux burns R$170 million in cash during Q3
Land acquisition in Salvador drove most of the quarterly cash outflow
Moura Dubeux recorded a cash burn of R$170 million in the third quarter, according to operational preliminary data released on October 8, 2026. The real estate developer stated that it disbursed R$97 million during the quarter to purchase land in Salvador. Excluding that land purchase, cash burn would have been R$73 million.
Over the trailing twelve months, the group's development unit generated R$130 million in cash. That marks a turnaround from a cash burn of R$349 million reported in the same period of the previous year.
Net sales fell 21.5% to R$841.5 million during the quarter, while the number of sold units dropped 2.7% to 1,253. At the same time, new project launches rose 8.3% year over year between July and September, reaching R$1.63 billion.
