Novartis Pharma AG has entered into an exclusive global license agreement with clinical-stage biotechnology firm Boomray Pharmaceuticals for an undisclosed preclinical radioligand therapy asset.
Under the terms of the agreement announced on September 22, 2026, BoomRay is eligible to receive up to 900 million dollars. This total includes an upfront payment alongside development, regulatory, and sales milestone payments.
The transaction expands the radioligand therapy pipeline at Novartis by adding early-stage oncology discovery from the Chinese biotechnology firm. BFC Group acted as the financial advisor to BoomRay for the transaction.
