Oracle partners with Wipro on cloud drug safety platform

Oracle Life Sciences announced a partnership with Wipro Limited on September 22, 2026, to strengthen Wipro's pharmacovigilance offerings. The collaboration uses Oracle Life Sciences Argus business process services to support drug safety operations and regulatory compliance for life sciences organizations globally.

Wipro is integrating the Argus platform into its Wipro Intelligence suite of artificial intelligence solutions. Oracle Argus BPS delivers a cloud-based managed services model, allowing organizations to manage drug safety data, automate workflows, and submit regulatory filings without maintaining on-premises systems.

Under the agreement, Wipro will maintain preconfigured, deployment-ready Argus environments to shorten customer onboarding times. Wipro's pharmacovigilance services cover case processing, reporting, regulatory submissions, Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance support, and post-marketing surveillance.

Seema Verma, executive vice president and general manager of Oracle Health and Life Sciences, stated that the partnership reflects growing demand for cloud-based solutions that modernize safety operations and accelerate drug development.
