Oracle unveils Fusion Claw and 25 agentic applications

Oracle announced on September 29, 2026, the launch of Oracle Fusion Claw. The new system is a governed agentic execution runtime designed for Oracle Fusion Agentic Applications, combining artificial intelligence reasoning with deterministic enterprise computation to handle complex workflows at scale.

Alongside the runtime, Oracle released 25 new Claw-powered agentic applications capable of autonomous execution. These additions bring Oracle's broader portfolio to 75 agentic applications. The tools handle specialized tasks including research, simulation, modeling, and continuous replanning across areas such as accounting ledgers, workforce staffing, shipping consolidation, and sales territory planning.

The platform runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and uses frontier models from Gemini and OpenAI, with plans to add more models over time. To control autonomous operations, Fusion Claw applies an Enterprise Operating Envelope with specific risk thresholds and permissions, enforcing rules through an Outcome Trust Harness and generating auditable records called Outcome Receipts.

Oracle CEO Mike Sicilia said Fusion Claw helps organizations move from AI assistance to execution, allowing customers to automate complex work across core business processes while maintaining enterprise governance.
