PagSeguro Digital's banking unit, PagBank, is passing its fund distribution fees back to clients as cashback. The initiative covers 62 investment funds available on its platform and can deliver an extra return of up to 1% per year depending on the product, according to a report by Brazilian financial newspaper Valor Econômico on October 5, 2026.

The campaign reimburses up to 100% of the distribution rebate received by the institution directly to investors. To qualify for the program, clients must maintain a minimum investment of 10,000 Brazilian reals in an eligible fund.

PagBank deposits the cashback payments monthly into customer accounts by the 15th day of each month. The structure aims to attract individual investors by sharing revenue traditionally kept by fund distributors.
