PetroReconcavo daily output falls 1.3% in September
Unplanned compressor shutdowns in Bahia weighed on average daily production.
PetroReconcavo produced an average of 23,500 barrels of oil equivalent per day in September, a 1.3% decline compared with August. According to the company, the decrease was driven by well failures and unscheduled compressor shutdowns at its Bahia Asset.
At the Potiguar Asset, consolidated output stood at 11,700 barrels per day during the month. Oil production reached 7,500 barrels per day, down 1% from August, while natural gas production slipped 1.1% to 4,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
At the Bahia Asset, total output reached 11,800 barrels per day. Oil volume fell 1.8% to 6,600 barrels per day, and natural gas production dropped 1% to 5,300 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
Total deliveries in September reached 702,800 barrels of oil equivalent, comprising 433,100 barrels of oil and 269,700 barrels of oil equivalent of gas. This total was down from the 721,600 barrels delivered in August.
