Americanas completed another partial closing on October 7, 2026, for the sale of store assets from its Hortifruti Natural da Terra chain to Oba Hortifruti. The transaction covered one additional retail unit in the State of São Paulo, marking the fifth store handed over to the buyer under the agreement.

For this fifth store, Oba Hortifruti paid BRL 1.875 million in upfront cash. That amount represents 18.038% of the total upfront tranche outlined across the overall transaction. The remaining balance for the location will be settled in 24 consecutive monthly installments maturing on the 15th day of each month.

The entire divestment package covers 10 stores across the State of São Paulo for an agreed transaction value of BRL 69.3 million, which includes an overall upfront tranche of BRL 10.4 million. Following this transfer, five stores remain pending under the contract.

Previous steps in the asset sale included a first closing on August 12, 2026, when three stores were transferred for BRL 3,497,931.15 upfront, representing 33.7% of the upfront tranche. A second partial closing took place on September 21, 2026, transferring one store for BRL 627,698.55 upfront, or 6.038% of the tranche. Proceeds from the divestment help fund the extraordinary amortization of the 22nd debenture issuance of Americanas.
