Profarma seeks registration for BRL 300 million debt

Profarma has requested automatic registration to issue BRL 300 million in debentures, as reported by UOL Economia on October 9, 2026. The transaction follows formal approval from the company's Board of Directors on October 8, 2026.
The transaction represents the company's third debenture issuance. Profarma plans to issue 300,000 units with a par value of BRL 1,000.00 each.
The debentures carry a maturity tenor of 60 months from issuance and an annual coupon paying 100% of the interbank deposit benchmark rate plus a spread of 1.45%. Principal amortization includes a 30-month grace period, and the offering includes a maximum distribution period window of 180 days.
