Regeneron Pharmaceuticals announced on October 6, 2026, that it will present new clinical research across 10 abstracts at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress 2026. The medical conference will take place from October 23 to 27 in Madrid, Spain.

The presentations focus on cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, melanoma, and cancer-associated thrombosis. Key data include late-breaking Phase 3 C-POST trial results showing overall survival outcomes for adjuvant Libtayo, known generically as cemiplimab, at approximately 3.5 years of median follow-up in patients with high-risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma following surgery and radiation.

Regeneron will also release a final analysis from a Phase 2 trial testing neoadjuvant Libtayo before surgery in stage II to IV cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. In addition, the company is presenting data on its Factor XI antibodies, cenvacibart and amrecibart, as potential therapies to reduce thrombosis in cancer patients, including an update on the Phase 3 ROXI-CAT-II trial.
