Shares climbed roughly 3.3% as Bitcoin surged above $85,000 on Sep. 21.
Robinhood gained roughly 3.3% to $123.75 in morning trading on Sep. 21, 2026, after touching an intraday high of $126.41. That intraday peak marked the stock's highest level in about nine months, having last traded above it on Dec. 11, 2025, when the price reached $131.77.
The advance tracked a broad rally across crypto-linked equities as Bitcoin climbed above $85,000, trading near $85,728 for a 24-hour gain of roughly 6.15%. Across the sector, Strategy rose about 7.8% to $165.95, Coinbase gained 5.3% to $204.63, and Circle climbed 3.4% to $94.90.
The market rebound followed regulatory developments that offset earlier legislative and monetary headwinds. While the U.S. Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act on Sept. 15 and the Federal Reserve raised interest rates by 25 basis points to 3.75%-4% on Sept. 16, regulators pushed forward with other initiatives. On Sept. 17, the SEC introduced a five-year Innovation Exemption for tokenized U.S. stocks, while the CFTC issued a no-action position for certain software developers and sent new crypto rules to the White House for review.
