The collaboration links Agentforce with Teamcenter to streamline industrial sales and service workflows.
Salesforce announced an expanded partnership with Siemens on 15 September 2026 at the Dreamforce conference in San Francisco. The collaboration connects Salesforce's Agentforce with Siemens' Teamcenter Service Lifecycle Management to provide engineering-grade data directly to industrial sales and service teams.
The agent-to-agent integration enables technicians to identify spare parts for specific serial numbers before site visits and allows sales teams to produce technically valid quotes in seconds. According to industry analysis cited in the announcement, the industrial aftermarket business expands about six times faster and carries roughly four times the margin of new equipment sales.
Siemens and Salesforce are showing what it means to become an agentic enterprise at industrial scale. We're bringing the best of our technology, expertise, and industry knowledge together to reinvent how work gets done and how customers are served.
Siemens has also deployed Agentforce across its commercial operations to qualify sales leads. Previously, Siemens received more than 2,500 unqualified leads each month. Using two AI agents inside Sales Cloud to assess and route prospects, Siemens now engages 100% of these inbound leads across 132 countries for its 18,000 sellers.
Looking ahead, the companies plan to introduce an AI SDR agent named Piper to automate partner pitches and meetings. Siemens also intends to automate supplier onboarding by using Slackbot and Agentforce Operations, powered by Regrello, to compress setup times from weeks to days.
