A partnership with Bandwidth brings the AI-driven tool to over 25 international markets.
Salesforce announced an expanded collaboration on 15 September 2026 to support the international rollout of its native Contact Center. The company selected enterprise cloud communications firm Bandwidth as the first certified carrier to power the global expansion.
The native contact center originally debuted in North America in March 2026. This expanded partnership will bring the service to more than 25 countries across Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand during the autumn, with further regions planned later.
The deployment relies on Bandwidth's Maestro platform using a bring-your-own-carrier model within governed workflows. Gautam Vasudev, Senior Vice President of Contact Center at Salesforce, noted that the platform has seen strong momentum across small, mid-sized, and large enterprise clients since its initial release.
