ServiceNow launches AI Workflow Factory and Autonomous Engineer
The new enterprise tools aim to shorten operational scaling from months to days under centralized governance.
ServiceNow announced on October 6, 2026, the launch of its AI Workflow Factory and Autonomous Engineer solutions at World Forum Mumbai in India. The tools are designed to identify operational improvement areas and provide a unified method to build, deploy, and expand artificial intelligence workflows across corporate infrastructure.
The company stated that enterprises can use these solutions to scale business operations in days rather than months, managed through its AI Control Tower governance platform. The system connects Process Mining, Autonomous Engineer, Build Agent, and App Engine into a continuous loop to automate tasks like software development, testing, and case deflection across multiple business units.
ServiceNow highlighted that its partner ecosystem in India is already adopting the technology, citing collaborations with Accenture and Infosys. According to ServiceNow's 2026 Enterprise AI Maturity Index, enterprise AI investment in India grew 119% in a single year, making it one of the fastest-growing markets surveyed.
AI Workflow Factory is globally available immediately, and ServiceNow also opened Early Access for Autonomous Engineer upon request.
