The craft beer unit names four senior executives across marketing, bars, category and international sales
Tilray Brands announced on Sept. 28, 2026, a series of senior leadership appointments at its craft beer subsidiary BrewDog. The management changes aim to sharpen commercial execution and drive the brand's next growth chapter across the United Kingdom and international markets.
The company appointed John Beasley as Chief Marketing Officer. Beasley brings more than 25 years of beverage marketing experience, including previous roles at Red Bull and Monster Energy. Gemma Hampton-Stone joins as Managing Director of Bars and Hospitality, bringing nearly two decades of sector experience that includes managing portfolios of more than 36 pubs, restaurants, hotels and live music venues.
In addition, Ridesh Sharma has been named Category Director to oversee portfolio strategy and revenue growth. Faisal Khan takes over as Commercial Director, Beverages – Rest of the World (ROW), leading commercial expansion across international territories outside Europe.
Tilray Brands stated that the new team will focus on consumer engagement, category innovation and distributor networks worldwide. BrewDog, founded in Scotland in 2007, forms part of Tilray's platform of more than 40 brands spanning craft beverages, cannabis and hemp foods across over 20 countries.
