Shares of Twilio jumped 5.8% in the afternoon session on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. The gain came after analysts at Rosenblatt and TD Cowen raised their price targets on the customer engagement platform.
Rosenblatt analyst Catherine Trebnick lifted the firm's price target on Twilio to $290, according to TipRanks. Meanwhile, TD Cowen analyst Derrick Wood raised his target to $300 from an earlier $260.
The advance pushed Twilio to a new 52-week high of $282.77 per share. The stock has gained 104% since the beginning of the year. Still, a $1,000 investment in Twilio shares bought five years ago would now be worth $810.23.
Twilio shares have recorded 23 price moves larger than 5% over the past year. One day earlier, the stock climbed 6.9% as the benchmark 10-year Treasury yield dropped roughly 3 basis points to 4.97%, easing pressure on software valuations alongside optimism ahead of a U.S.–China summit.
