B3 cut its product delivery time by 40% through the use of artificial intelligence. The Brazilian exchange operator also multiplied its capacity to develop solutions by five over the last two years, according to data released by the company on Wednesday, September 30.

The operational gain relies on a portfolio of 35 large language models and about 3,000 artificial intelligence agents operating across technology teams. The technology supports code generation and review, test automation, prototype development, and application building.

Thiago Suzano, technology director at B3, stated that artificial intelligence expands team capacity and accelerates putting new solutions into production. Suzano noted that this productivity gain allows the company to respond faster to market needs while preserving security standards.

The company emphasized that its AI adoption remains tied to a governance framework with human supervision. All solutions developed with AI support undergo validation processes and review by technical teams before entering production across critical financial market infrastructure.
