Bancolombia, the main banking unit of Grupo Cibest, introduced a commercial benefits model aimed at 10 million debit cardholders. The plan includes reimbursements of up to 50% on digital subscriptions and exemptions from account maintenance fees for payroll clients.

Under the new program, customers who pay for digital subscriptions with their debit card for at least two consecutive months receive a base reimbursement of COP 10,000 for the first service. That base rebate reaches up to COP 20,000 across two registered platforms. Payroll account holders receive an additional reimbursement of COP 2,500 per service, bringing the total potential rebate to COP 5,000 across platforms.

Payroll accounts also carry a monthly maintenance fee of COP 0 and require a minimum opening deposit of COP 0. In commercial partnerships, debit cardholders obtain a 30% discount on a designated combo at Frisby. At Mercado Libre, cardholders receive a 15% discount in the supermarket category on Superviernes for orders of at least COP 200,000, with payroll clients eligible for an extra discount of COP 15,000.
