The new stores add 1,742 square meters of commercial space in Buenos Aires.
Retailer Cencosud is adding six international brands between September and October 2026 at its Unicenter Shopping mall in Martínez, Buenos Aires province. The openings will add a combined 1,742 square meters of commercial space across the mall's first and second levels, covering fashion, apparel, and skincare.
The expansion marks the return of Armani to the Argentine market after more than a decade without its own retail presence. Its Armani Exchange line opened a 278-square-meter store on Level 1 on September 17. In October, British brand Superdry will open a 74-square-meter store, also on Level 1.
Danish group Bestseller is launching its first stores in Argentina at the shopping center with three brands: Jack & Jones with a 519-square-meter store on Level 1, Only with 370 square meters on Level 2, and Balmohk with 501 square meters on Level 2. Korean skincare brand Skinko is also scheduled to open in the coming weeks.
These additions follow recent arrivals at the mall, including Boss, Miniso, Indian, Calvin Klein, Skechers, and Victoria's Secret. Sebastián Núñez, general manager of the Shopping Division at Cencosud Argentina, stated that the arrivals confirm the mall's appeal for international companies seeking to expand in Argentina.
