GE HealthCare names AT&T CFO Pascal Desroches to board

GE HealthCare announced on September 22, 2026, that it has appointed Pascal Desroches to its board of directors, effective January 4, 2027. Desroches currently serves as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of AT&T, bringing more than 30 years of experience across finance, governance, and technology.

Desroches has served as CFO of AT&T since 2021 and plans to retire from the telecommunications group on December 31, 2026. He previously served as CFO of WarnerMedia after AT&T acquired Time Warner in 2018. Earlier, as CFO of Turner Broadcasting, he worked on the spin-offs of Time Warner Cable, AOL, and Time.

His background includes earlier roles at KPMG and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Desroches currently sits on the boards of Honeywell Aerospace, where he chairs the audit committee, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, alongside nearly four years of past board service at healthcare provider DaVita.
