Hershey names Amanda Almond president of international
She succeeds Rohit Grover on Oct. 12 after his 27-year tenure at the snack maker.
The Hershey Company announced on Oct. 1, 2026, that Amanda Almond has been appointed President, International, effective Oct. 12. She succeeds Rohit Grover, who spent 27 years at Hershey, including eight years leading the international division.
Almond joins Hershey with more than 30 years of consumer goods and retail experience. She previously served as regional managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Vinarchy, a Bain Capital-backed global wine company, where she oversaw 57 markets. Prior to that, she spent 12 years in senior regional leadership roles at Bacardi.
Hershey president and CEO Kirk Tanner noted that Almond brings the experience and energy required to accelerate the company's international expansion as Grover steps down. Almond will be based in Hershey's U.K. office.
Hershey generates more than $11.7 billion in annual revenue, employs more than 20,000 workers worldwide, and sells more than 85 brands across roughly 65 countries.
