IBM transfers select VMware cloud enterprise clients to 11:11
Managed infrastructure provider 11:11 Systems completed the deal for an undisclosed sum.
11:11 Systems announced on October 8, 2026, that it has completed the acquisition of select
IBM VMware Cloud Service Provider enterprise customers. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The transaction marks the eighth VMware-related acquisition for 11:11 Systems and its eleventh acquisition overall. The infrastructure firm has previously absorbed businesses including iland Cloud, Green Cloud Defense, Unitas Global, Sungard Availability Services, Faction, Ntirety, and Digital Sense.
The transition follows recent optimizations by Broadcom to its VMware Cloud Service Provider partner program. 11:11 Systems, which serves more than 6,000 customers across North America, EMEA, APAC, and South America, aims to assist clients migrating workloads to VMware Cloud Foundation.
Moelis & Company and Fifth Third Securities acted as financial advisors to 11:11 Systems for the transaction, while Cooley acted as legal advisor.
