The tool connects with platforms like Shopify and Stripe as shares rise over 1.4%.
Meta Platforms is rolling out its artificial intelligence agent Muse to small businesses. The move integrates the tool with external software including Shopify, QuickBooks, Stripe and Canva to help owners manage operations and reach new customers.
The tool connects directly with Instagram professional account analytics, Facebook Pages and Meta ad accounts. It also works with dozens of business platforms, including Asana, Box, Dropbox, Figma, Klaviyo, Notion, Slack and Zoom. Meta stated that Muse will not publish content, send messages or make purchases without approval from the user.
Muse is free for most tasks, while paid subscription tiers offer extra features. Meta launched the personal AI assistant earlier in September 2026 to handle shopping, travel bookings, emails and payments. According to market intelligence firm Sensor Tower, the app reached about 2.8 million downloads in its first two weeks and led free-app charts in the United States and Canada.
Shares of Meta traded more than 1.4% higher in pre-market trading on Tuesday.
