Deliveries begin on October 2 as the tech giant prepares a future launch in Brazil.
Meta has launched its AI-powered Meta Glasses in Mexico, making it the first country in Latin America to receive the devices. Pre-orders are open on the company's official website, and deliveries will begin on October 2 with free shipping and returns. After Mexico, Brazil will become the second market in the region to offer the product.
The lineup includes four models: Adventurer starts at MXN 5,199 (about $294.07), Capri and Nova sell for MXN 6,299, and the Starfire model, co-created with Kylie Jenner, costs MXN 8,199. The glasses feature Meta AI and the Muse personal assistant, offering real-time translation, health metric tracking, audio playback, and photo and video recording via touch or voice commands.
Hardware specifications include a 12 MP camera with 3K video resolution, six microphones, open-ear speakers, and up to eight hours of battery life. The announcement followed the Meta Connect 2026 event, where the company led by CEO Mark Zuckerberg also showcased virtual reality headsets planned for 2027, augmented reality glasses, more Ray-Ban models, and a pendant powered by the Muse assistant.
