Novartis announced on October 7, 2026, that it will present 46 abstracts across its multiple sclerosis portfolio at MSToronto2026, the 10th Joint ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS Meeting. The presentations will feature late-breaking results from the positive Phase III REMODEL-1 and REMODEL-2 trials, which evaluate the oral BTK inhibitor remibrutinib against teriflunomide in relapsing multiple sclerosis on October 23. Following the presentation, the company plans to host an investor conference call focusing on the drug's potential.

The company will also share a late-breaking abstract on October 23 from the Phase III NEOS study, examining Kesimpta (ofatumumab) and siponimod versus fingolimod in pediatric multiple sclerosis. Other presentations for Kesimpta will include final efficacy, safety, and healthcare utilization results from the Phase 3b STHENOS study in treatment-naive patients on October 21, alongside data on pregnancy from the PRIM study and breastmilk excretion from the Phase 4 KATHAROS study on October 22.

Nazem Atassi, Global Head of Neuroscience and Gene Therapy Development at Novartis, noted that the shared Phase III results and portfolio evidence reflect the company's commitment to addressing unmet needs across different stages of life and disease.
