Schwab to dual-list shares on the Texas Stock Exchange

Trading begins on October 7, 2026, while the primary listing stays on the NYSE.

The Charles Schwab Corporation announced on October 1, 2026, that it will dual-list its common stock on the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE). The firm expects to begin trading on the exchange at market open on October 7, 2026, under the ticker symbol SCHW.

Schwab will maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange. The company was among the original investors in the TXSE and plans to hold a closing bell ceremony to mark the listing on October 26, 2026.
