Siemens names new revenue and EMEA leaders

Asset Management Software by Siemens, formerly known as Brightly Software, announced the appointment of two commercial leaders on September 29, 2026. Mark Horne has been named Chief Revenue Officer, while Nicolas Huguet joins as Vice President, Head of EMEA.

Mark Horne brings over two decades of technology and SaaS experience to Siemens. He most recently served as Vertical President of Fullstream Marketing and was previously Chief Revenue Officer at Incident IQ, with earlier leadership roles at Equifax, RedHat, Sage, and NCR. In his new position, Horne will oversee sales, customer success, and revenue operations.

Nicolas Huguet joins from BT International, where he led global business units for digital industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and transportation. His career also includes leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Nokia, Yahoo, and Google. Huguet will lead go-to-market execution and regional expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The business operates within Siemens Smart Infrastructure, which is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, and employed around 79,400 people as of September 30, 2025. In fiscal 2025, parent company Siemens AG generated €78.9 billion in revenue and €10.4 billion in net income, employing about 318,000 workers worldwide on a continuing operations basis.
