Texas Instruments announced on 17 September 2026 that it will raise its quarterly cash dividend by 7%, moving the payout from $1.42 to $1.52 per share. On an annualized basis, the distribution represents $6.08 per share.
The higher dividend will be payable on 10 November 2026 to stockholders of record as of 30 October 2026. Payment remains contingent upon formal declaration by the board of directors during its regular meeting in October.
The move marks 23 consecutive years of dividend increases for the semiconductor manufacturer. Texas Instruments stated that the adjustment aligns with its long-term objective of providing a sustainable and growing dividend, while reflecting its commitment to return all free cash flow to shareholders over time.
