Trane Technologies announced on October 6, 2026, a new multi-year agreement with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE). Under the contract, Trane will act as KSE's climate innovation partner and official heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and thermal management provider. The deal marks KSE's first cross-property technology agreement.

The collaboration expands on existing work across marquee venues, including SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater, and Hollywood Park in Los Angeles, as well as Ball Arena in Denver. Trane will deploy energy-efficient systems featuring ultra-low-emission heating and cooling alongside intelligent digital monitoring services to reduce energy consumption in real time.

This agreement reflects how we can innovate together to think differently about advancing building performance and sustainability in critical, complex environments.

The initiative ties into Trane Technologies' Gigaton Challenge, which aims to reduce customer carbon emissions by one billion metric tons by 2030. In 2025, the company recorded a 59% reduction in operational greenhouse gas emissions compared with 2019 levels, while primary product materials reached 44% recycled content.
