Twilio will join the S&P 500 index before the opening of trading on Tuesday, October 6. S&P Dow Jones Indices announced the change on October 1, 2026.

Twilio currently belongs to the S&P MidCap 400. In the S&P 500, the company will replace Warner Bros. Discovery, which is being acquired by Paramount Skydance in a transaction expected to close soon subject to final closing conditions.

The index rebalancing triggers additional shifts across benchmark tiers. Formfactor will move from the S&P SmallCap 600 to replace Twilio in the S&P MidCap 400, while Workiva will fill Formfactor's spot in the S&P SmallCap 600 on the same date.
