Verizon has reached a multi-year renewal of its distribution agreement with Versant, extending their long-term content partnership.

The agreement ensures that Versant brands will remain available to Verizon customers, including Fios subscribers. The channels covered by the renewal include USA Network, MS NOW, CNBC, Oxygen True Crime, Golf Channel, E!, and SYFY.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. With this agreement, Versant completed renewals for all of its distribution partnerships that were scheduled to expire in 2026.

Matt Coakley, Senior Vice President of Consumer Growth at Verizon, said the company is pleased to continue bringing the lineup of news, sports, and entertainment to Verizon customers and to Fios subscribers.
