The new interactive store concept features over 50 skincare and makeup brands.
Ripley opened a new Ripley Beauty Bar inside its department store at Jockey Plaza in Peru. With this launch, the retailer reached 11 beauty modules across the country as it continues to expand the interactive retail format.
The Jockey Plaza location joins existing spaces operating in San Miguel, San Borja, Miraflores, and Salaverry. The concept brings together more than 50 brands targeting Gen Z consumers, featuring skincare, makeup, fragrances, and full-body care products.
The catalog includes South Korean beauty brands such as COSRX, TIRTIR, Purito, and Mixsoon, alongside Arabic fragrance lines like Lattafa and Rasasi. It also incorporates body care lines such as Tree Hut and Peruvian local brands including Alma Bonita, Lou Botanicals, and Ella Park, supported on site by specialized beauty advisors.
Ana Lucía Quevedo, beauty manager at Ripley, explained that the format combines local brands with viral trends like K-beauty and established industry names, offering shoppers an open space to test products with specialized guidance.
