Atlassian partners with Flexera to add IT asset data
The agreement integrates Flexera One technology intelligence into Atlassian Service Collection.
Atlassian announced a collaboration agreement with technology spend and risk intelligence firm Flexera on October 6, 2026. The partnership connects Flexera device and application data directly into Atlassian Service Collection, a unified service and operational management solution.
The integration aims to address data fragmentation that hinders artificial intelligence adoption across IT service operations. The companies cited Gartner research showing that configuration management databases have an implementation success rate of only 29% across organizations.
Through the alliance, the Flexera One platform centralizes and feeds enriched asset, contract, risk, and spend metrics into Atlassian automated workflows. Shamik Sharma, Head of Product for Service Collection at Atlassian, stated that sharing Flexera data gives teams and AI agents a broader view of assets and services to speed up resolution times.
