Eztec launches BRL 212 million project phase in Osasco

Brazilian homebuilder and developer Eztec announced on Tuesday, September 29, the launch of the second phase of Azzure Resort Life in Osasco, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. The new phase, named Torre Breeze, has an estimated potential sales value of BRL 212 million, with Eztec holding a 100% stake.

The mid-market project comprises 211 units covering 19,321 square meters of private area, with apartment sizes ranging between 63 square meters and 120 square meters. The development features resort-style common spaces, including a 50-meter swimming pool, game room, party rooms, and wellness and gourmet areas located opposite Cidade de Deus, with direct access to the Pinheiros and Tietê expressways.

In the second quarter of 2026, Eztec posted a net income of BRL 110.4 million, down 21% year on year and slightly below the BRL 114.5 million consensus estimate compiled by LSEG. Net revenue fell 16% year on year to BRL 376.7 million, while gross margin declined from 40.7% to 39.7%. Eztec used BRL 5.5 million in cash during the period, compared with BRL 59.7 million generated in the second quarter of 2025.

The company maintained its full-year 2026 launch guidance of BRL 2.5 billion to BRL 3.5 billion in sales value. Launches reached BRL 773 million in the second quarter of 2026, up nearly 58% year on year, and totaled BRL 1.7 billion in the first six months of the year, an increase of 53.5%.
