Marvell partners with Aviz to deploy SONiC software

Marvell Technology has expanded its collaboration with Aviz Networks to bring Aviz's complete networking software stack across Marvell's Ethernet switching portfolio. The partnership provides customers with a validated, production-ready SONiC-based solution designed for AI infrastructure, cloud data centers, enterprises, and edge environments.

The integration covers Certified Community SONiC, ONES for NetOps and AI Factory automation, and Network Copilot. These tools currently support Marvell's Teralynx TL7, Prestera AC5X, and Teralynx TL10 switches, with planned support for T100 switches scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. The offering also incorporates enterprise and neo-cloud capabilities such as VXLAN/EVPN, advanced automation, and AI fabric optimizations for large-scale GPU clusters.

Aviz will act as the primary interface for unified enterprise support, coordinating issue resolution 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across SONiC software, Marvell switch platforms, and underlying SAI and SDK components. The releases undergo testing on the Aviz Fabric Test Automation Suite to streamline deployment and reduce operational complexity across leaf-spine architectures and distributed edge sites.
