OpenAI hires Henrique Saraiva to lead Latin America partners
The former Google Cloud executive will oversee enterprise artificial intelligence adoption across the region.
OpenAI announced the hiring of Henrique Saraiva as head of partnerships for Latin America. The executive will work with strategic partners across the region to help large corporations deploy and apply artificial intelligence in their operations.
Saraiva joins OpenAI after six years leading the partnerships division at Google Cloud in Brazil. Prior to that, he spent 11 years at Microsoft, where he reached the role of business development director for Latin America. He also worked at RD Station and holds an MBA in business management from FIA.
In his new role, Saraiva will focus on strengthening the partner network of OpenAI and scaling corporate technology applications across the Latin American market.
The appointment comes as OpenAI expands its footprint in Latin America and builds out its commercial operations in Brazil. The company maintains an office team in São Paulo dedicated to relations with companies, developers, researchers, and public institutions.
