The platform debuted in Chile in May and targets MegaPlaza and Parque La Colina by year-end.
Parque Arauco is expanding its new mobile application across its regional shopping center network. The digital platform debuted in May at Parque Arauco Kennedy and later reached Chilean properties including Arauco Maipú, Arauco Chillán, and Arauco Premium Outlet Buenaventura. By late 2026, the company plans to launch the platform at MegaPlaza in Peru and Parque La Colina in Colombia, according to a report by Supermercado al Día.
The free application, available on the App Store and Google Play Store, includes interactive maps, store searches, virtual queues for events, exclusive discounts, electric vehicle charging locations, and wheelchair assistance. At Arauco Chillán, Parque Arauco plans to enable ticketless automatic parking access and payment over coming months via license plate recognition.
The rollout builds on the company's first mall app introduced in 2013. María José Swett, marketing and experience manager for Parque Arauco Chile Division, noted that shoppers need seamless visits, quick store searches, access to mall promotions, and simpler parking payments. Swett added that the group aims to apply operational lessons learned at each site across its broader real estate portfolio in Chile, Peru, and Colombia.
