Tencent Cloud, the cloud division of Tencent, announced a strategic partnership on Sept. 22, 2026, with Southeast Asian fintech and digital bank Boost. The collaboration focuses on digital transformation and innovation across Malaysia and Indonesia.
The agreement spans three primary areas: cloud infrastructure modernization, artificial intelligence development, and super app implementation. Tencent Cloud will provide its scalable Infrastructure-as-a-Service capabilities to support Boost's operational agility and regional expansion.
Boost will also adopt Tencent Cloud Super App as a Service to integrate multiple financial services into a unified application. In addition, the two companies plan to co-create AI products while deploying existing ready-made tools from Tencent Cloud.
