The new suite aims to streamline benefits management as employers anticipate a 9% rise in healthcare costs in 2026.
Workday announced the launch of Workday Total Benefits on September 24, 2026. The new artificial intelligence platform unifies employee health, wealth, and wellbeing benefits into a single interface. The launch comes as employers project a median 9% increase in healthcare costs in 2026.
The platform comprises four core components: Workday Wellness, Benefits Guidance through Self-Service Agent, Life and Money Solutions, and Benefits Administration Services. Early adopter customers using Workday Wellness reported a 75% reduction in the time needed to onboard a new benefit provider.
Workday Wellness and Benefits Administration Services are available immediately for customers in the United States. Integrations with Equifax under Life and Money Solutions are also live, while additional integrations with Experian and Checkr, along with the Self-Service Agent, are scheduled for release in October 2026.
