Eztec boosts launches by 53% to BRL 726.5 million
Net sales reached BRL 522.7 million during the third quarter as finished inventory fell to 31%.

Eztec reported three project launches during the third quarter. The developments totaled a potential sales value of BRL 726.5 million, which represents a 52.9% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Against the second quarter, launch volume decreased by 6%.
Net sales slipped 0.6% year over year to BRL 522.7 million and dropped 9.5% from the prior quarter. Two of the three projects launched on September 29 and September 30, which the company noted explained their initial sales rates of 16% and 8% at the end of the quarter. The sales speed indicator fell 3.5 percentage points year over year to 12.9%, while the 12-month accumulated figure rose 0.5 percentage points to 41.2%.
Cancellations accounted for 9.7% of net sales, down from 10.5% a year earlier. Eztec closed September with inventory valued at BRL 3.5 billion, marking a 31.5% annual increase. Finished units represented 31% of total inventory, compared to 33.3% in the third quarter of 2025.
In the first nine months of 2026, cumulative launches reached BRL 2.42 billion, up 53.3% from the same period in 2025. Cumulative net sales climbed 29.2% to BRL 1.8 billion, marking the highest volume ever recorded by the company for that period.
