SAP partners with ORO Labs on procurement extension
The new solution extension is scheduled for general availability in November 2026.
SAP entered into an agreement with ORO Labs to sell its procurement orchestration tool as an official solution extension. The offering will be marketed as SAP Ariba Procurement Orchestration by ORO Labs and is planned for general availability by November 2026.
The platform connects procurement experiences, workflows, and systems across heterogeneous environments, spanning both SAP and third-party applications. It coordinates with current-generation and next-generation SAP Ariba solutions, integrates with SAP Integration Suite, and works alongside Joule Work when used as a primary user engagement layer.
The software incorporates agentic artificial intelligence capabilities through low-code and no-code workflows while maintaining enterprise controls and approvals. Manoj Swaminathan, president and chief product officer of SAP Autonomous Suite, noted that the extension gives customers the flexibility to modernize at their own pace within governed processes.
As an SAP Solution Extension, the tool undergoes SAP qualification testing and will be sold, branded, and supported directly through SAP's customer channels.
