Simpar subsidiary JSL names Eduardo Nauck as CFO
Nauck replaces CEO Guilherme Sampaio, who previously held both roles, effective October 1, 2026.
Simpar reported on Wednesday evening, September 30, 2026, that the board of directors of its subsidiary JSL elected Eduardo Cordeiro Nauck as chief financial officer and investor relations officer.
The appointment took effect on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Nauck replaces Guilherme de Andrade Fonseca Sampaio, who had been serving simultaneously as chief executive officer, CFO, and investor relations officer.
Nauck joined Simpar Group in 2021, working in mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning before becoming director of management and investor relations at JSL in 2023. He previously spent more than eight years at rail operator Rumo working in financial planning, investor relations, and M&A. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and executive education from IESE Business School.
Separately, JSL detailed the schedule for distributing BRL 421.1 million in dividends approved in December 2025. The payout will occur in two equal installments of BRL 210.53 million, or BRL 0.740150001 per share, scheduled for October 2, 2026, and December 28, 2026. Entitlement was set on December 29, 2025, with shares trading ex-dividend since December 30, 2025, and the amount has not undergone monetary adjustment.
